Trade terms
Simple rules. No surprises.
$5 / sq ft flat on every material below. 25 sq ft minimum of a single material per order ($125). 3/16" foam core: minimum is one 4×8 sheet (48" × 96" = 32 sq ft = $160).
Foam core is UV flatbed printed. Customer-supplied artwork only. Prepaid only.
Print only, no cutting. Cutting is not included; prints are delivered uncut. Tile or gang as many designs as you can fit onto the print, or send one big print — either way it’s $5 / sq ft for the full print size.
Sales tax: CA sales tax is charged at checkout unless your account is already approved as tax-exempt. Upload your resale certificate with the order and, once we verify it, we refund the tax on that order and mark your account exempt so future orders are tax-free.

Upload your artwork
Attach your print-ready file (PDF, TIFF, JPG or PNG) on the order form. We check page size and resolution in your browser and warn you before you pay. Optionally attach your resale certificate (CDTFA-230, your state’s certificate, MTC, or SSTUC) to have sales tax refunded. Files over 20 MB: paste a share link on the form, or email them to hello@herographics.com.
